In my career, I have been involved with many different types of studies including residential rental communities, hotels, office complexes, manufacturing facilities, and renewable energy production facilities. But my most favorite, and complex, project would have to be the one I did for a large craft brewer that constructed a new brewery facility that not only included the brewing facility but also a brew pub, gift shop, office, and outdoor music venue. This project was audited and the client sustained 100% of the study. Additionally, the engineer from the I.R.S told the client it was one of the best cost segregation studies he had ever seen.
Finally, I would like to be a member of the Board of Director’s so that I can help continue to take the Society and our profession to the highest level achievable.
