The conference sessions are designed to provide learning opportunities for individuals who perform or review cost segregation studies.
The program speakers include seasoned cost segregation professionals as well as industry experts on specific issues.

ASCSP has held annual national conferences since 2008 in Baltimore, Las Vegas, Orlando, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, Nashville, New Orleans, Tampa*, Austin, Arlington, TX, and Washington DC. In 2024, the Society will visit The Westin Tempe. While still out for approval the program is expected to provide 14 CPE credits. Class sessions are deemed relevant to all industry members. Accountants, engineers and others in the industry should attend the event.
ASCSP is an approved CPE program sponsor on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors and therefore the programming of the national Conference will offers CPE credits. The ASCSP Education Committee oversees the presentation content of the annual two day event. For information on this year’s Conference please see that tab above.
Developed in 1990, the National Registry of CPE Sponsors is a program offered by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) to recognize CPE program sponsors who provide continuing professional education (CPE) programs in accordance with nationally recognized standards. Many State Boards of Accountancy require CPAs to earn required CPE credits through companies approved on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
*In 2020 the Conference was renamed to a Cost Segregation Learning Summit for the one year.

The 8th Annual golf outing is on Nov. 13 at the We-Ko-PA Golf Club in Fort McDowell. Tee off is at 11:30 AM. Bring your own clubs or rent a set.

Attendees can earn up to 14 recommended CPE credits by participating in the conference sessions.
There are no prerequisites or advanced preparation required. The conference content ranges from basic to advanced levels, covering fields of study such as taxes, depreciation, and cost segregation.
